Matt Mower has extensive experience in the IT field. Matt started their career in 1986 at Fidelity Investments as a Technical Services Coordinator and Facilities Supervisor. Matt then worked at the Holiday Inn Worldwide Reservation Center as a Planning and Control Supervisor from 1989 to 1993.
In 1993, they joined Matrrix Marketing (Convergys Corporation) as the Manager of Network Computing and Lead Network Administrator. Matt was responsible for managing technology and network services for the company.
Matt joined CR Bard in 1996 as a Manager of Technical Services, where they oversaw the voice, data, and applications development needs for BARD ACCESS Systems and their western region. Matt received the Presidents Stock Option Award for their contributions.
From 1997 to 1998, they worked at COX COMMUNICATIONS, INC as a Manager of Technical Services.
In 1998, they joined Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Security and Technology. Matt was responsible for creating technology plans, implementing new products and services, and managing various IT teams and projects.
Since 2002, Matt has been working at PLCU, initially as the SVP of IT/CIO and later as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. Matt created a customer-focused team that provided operational excellence, superior customer service, and strong security measures. Matt ensured that the team understood organizational goals and delivered solutions to enable business processes.
Matt Mower has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah. Matt also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Matt has attended the Western CUNA Management School, although it is not specified whether they earned a degree or had a specific field of study.
