Ian Martin

Ian Martin is an experienced professional in the field of change management and transformation, currently serving as Director at myProteus. Ian co-founded Proteus in October 1999 and holds the position of Non-Executive Director. Between 2007 and 2009, Ian was the Executive Director of Change at Virgin Media, overseeing the Transformation Programme and the Change Function. Prior experience includes the role of Change Director at Prudential Financial from 2004 to 2008, where Ian managed the change program, and Project Manager at Sequent Computer Systems from 1997 to 1998.
