Quentin Powell has over 20 years of work experience in the food service industry. Quentin began their career in 1999 with Sodexo as an Operations Manager. From 2002 to 2009, they worked at Columbia University in the City of New York as a Multi Unit Manager. In 2009, they moved to Au Bon Pain as an Associate Manager. In 2012, they returned to Red Rabbit, LLC as the Director of Operations. In 2015, they took on the role of Purchaser at G.A.F. Seelig, Inc. and, in 2021, they returned to Red Rabbit, LLC as the Vice President of Business Operations.
Quentin Powell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Syracuse University. In 2008, they attended the New York Real Estate Institute. Quentin also holds a New York Foodhandlers Cert from the NY Department of Health.
