Tanya Steele

Tanya Steele has a long and varied work experience. Tanya began their career in 1999 in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician. In 2005, they began working at GEICO in various roles, including PMP - Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Manager - Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Yellow Belt - Management Program, Management Program, and Customer Service - Insurance Agent. In 2012, Tanya moved to the United States Postal Service, where they were a Program Manager - IT, Project Integration and a Strategic Planning Specialist - Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2014, they joined Cisco as a Manager - Global TAC Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Business Operations Manager - Customer Advocacy, Program Manager (Consultant) - Business Effectiveness, and Manager of Continuous Improvement Program for Global Technical Assistance Center (TAC). In 2018, Tanya began working at ConvergeOne as Director, Program Management, Cloud PMO, and Strategic Accounts - Professional Services. In their role, they managed a team of program managers and portfolio managers, and was the primary escalation point for all program-related client satisfaction issues. Finally, in 2022, Tanya began working at Myriad360 as EVP, Client Experience, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Vice President, Program and Project Management Office.

Tanya Steele has an extensive educational background. Tanya obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University in Human Resource Management from 2004 to 2007. Tanya then went on to obtain a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ - World Headquarters. In 2015, they obtained a Stanford Advanced Program Manager certificate from Stanford University. In 2017, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Cisco and an ITIL Foundations V3 certification. In 2018, they obtained a PMI-ACP certification from Project Management Institute and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2011, and a PMI - Certified Risk Management Professional (PMI - RMP) certification, which they obtained in 2014.
