Cathy Vazquez, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager for North America at Myron since May 2019, Cathy oversees employment actions and full-scope recruiting for various roles. Prior to this, experience includes a position as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chromalloy, where responsibilities involved ensuring FLSA compliance and managing the annual performance appraisal process. Cathy began professional career as a Recruiter at Adecco Employment Services, later worked as an Office Manager at Mr. K's Services, Inc., and also garnered experience as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless from 1996 to 1998.
