Ethel T.

Ethel T. is a Bilingual Senior Scrum Master at Myron since January 2021, specializing in productivity and presentation software to enhance employee efficiency. Previously, Ethel served as a Bilingual Scrum Master and Project Manager at UrPharm from April 2016 to October 2020, where Ethel focused on mentoring teams in agile methodologies, increasing team velocity, and ensuring effective project delivery. Ethel's earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master for the International Committee of the Red Cross from March 2014 to February 2016, supporting project management efforts and fostering a positive work environment. Ethel holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation, Humanitarian Action and Sustainable Development, as well as a Bachelor of Laws. Ethel is currently pursuing further education in project management through the Project Management Institute.
