Alex Noseworthy

Alex Noseworthy has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. In their current role at Mysa as the Head of Software since December 2020, they oversee the software development team. Prior to that, they held the position of Software Development Lead at Mysa from February to December 2020.

Before joining Mysa, Alex worked at Vision33 for a significant period. Their roles at Vision33 included Solutions Architect from January 2017 to February 2020, where they provided guidance and mentorship to developers and established best practices. They also served as a Software Developer for Product from September 2015 to January 2017, leading software initiatives for new features. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant/Software Developer from May 2011 to September 2015, collaborating closely with enterprise customers on developing new applications and supporting legacy systems. They utilized Java, C#, and their respective frameworks for application development at Vision33.

Prior to Vision33, Alex worked at Edutech Inc as a Programmer Analyst from February 2008 to May 2011. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the SCT Banner Student System and developed solutions, such as integrating the Moneris payment pin pad and software into the system using Java.

Alex's early work experience includes a role as a Network Administrator at Memorial University of Newfoundland from May 2005 to February 2008. They developed software tools to maintain the university's enterprise network, including a Device Authorization Tool (jDat) that integrated with various systems for registration, authentication, and IP assignment.
