Becky Hefty

Becky Hefty is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and team leadership. Currently retired since April 2024, Becky's previous role as Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead at Nokia involved overseeing a team of five Sys Admins and DBAs to support 24x7 on-premise IT infrastructure while engaging in cloud migration efforts. Prior to this, Becky served as IT Retained Infrastructure Manager and Senior Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, managing large teams and critical data center operations. Becky's career commenced at AT&T, where various management roles included software development and project management. Becky holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University.
