Dennis Chmiel, DVM, MBA

Dennis Chmiel, DVM, MBA, is a highly experienced veterinarian and executive in the animal health sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Medical Innovation Officer at MySimplePetLab since August 2021. In this role, Dennis leads the vision and medical strategy for veterinary healthcare experiences, overseeing both clinic and virtual care, medical education, and product development. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CEO of Maranda and Maranda Vet Labs, and positions with Zoetis Inc. and Pfizer Animal Health, where achievements included senior marketing management and technical support for companion animal sales. Dennis has also worked in various veterinary capacities, including as Managing Veterinarian at Merrimack Veterinary Hospital, and has a strong educational background with a DVM from Tufts University and an MBA from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
