Jenny Jongejan

Jenny Jongejan is a Technical Recruiting Consultant at Myst AI. Jenny has previously worked as a Mentor at First Round Fast Track and as a Recruiter at CoderPad.

Jongejan started their career as a Recruiter at First Round Fast Track in February 2018. Jenny was responsible for building and leading the Recruiting team. In their two years at the company, they helped it grow from 11 to 175 people.

In October 2020, they joined Atrium full-time as a Mentor. Atrium is a legal services company that provides professional services to high-growth startups. Jenny helped the company scale to 200 employees by 2020.

Sadly, Atrium dissolved in March 2020. Jenny is currently using their skills and experience to help Myst AI, a startup that is working to create the world’s first artificial intelligence platform for the insurance industry.
