Padma Shanbhag has over 9 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Padma began their career in 2012 as an Assistant Manager Taxation at Bosch India, a German multinational engineering and technology company listed in NSE & BSE India. In 2016, they moved to Wipro Limited, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company listed in NYSE, NSE & BSE India, as a Business Finance Manager. In 2018, they joined Mindteck, a global technology company devoted to delivering knowledge that matters to help clients compete, innovate and propel forward, as a Finance Manager. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior Accountant/ Controller at myStartUpCFO, where they are responsible for preparation and finalization of Financial statements, preparation of Annual operational plan and budgetary estimates, preparation and review of MIS reports, employee performance reports and sales reports monthly, working capital management, review and management of various accounting processes, audit coordination and compliance management.

Padma Shanbhag has a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor's degree in Costing & Taxation from Jagadguru Gangadhar College of Commerce, Hubli, a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Karnataka University, Dharwad, and a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, Power BI Essential Training, Speaking Confidently and Effectively, Introducing Robotic Process Automation, Accounting Foundations: Internal Controls, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Awareness from LinkedIn and UiPath.
