Satish Jajodia has over 28 years of experience in the finance and analytics industry. From 1993 to 1998, they held the role of Manager, Strategic Market Analysis at Fedex Corporation, where they developed market expansion strategies for the Asia-Pacific and Latin American regions. From 1998 to 2001, they were the First Vice President, Marketing and Analysis at JPMorgan Chase, where they were responsible for customer loyalty programs and contributed over $10B in card balances and more than $200MM in profits. From 2001 to 2007, they were Vice President, International Business Transformation at American Express, where they created and headed-up a global Strategy and internal consulting function for the International Consumer Card business. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Managing Director, Advanced Analytics Centre of Excellence at Citi, where they led a team of 80+ business analysts and statisticians and developed and implemented a “market-basket” strategy to identify and capture over $8Bn worth of incremental card spending annually. From 2012 to 2015, they were Co-CEO and CFO at EducationDynamics, where they led the process to sell the company and created the Data and Analytics function. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Managing Partner at SJ Venture Capital. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Independent Board Director at ApnaComplex, providing advisory services in Strategy and Analytics. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Analytics and Finance Consultant at 360training.com. Since 2019, they have been the Fractional/Consulting CFO at myStartUpCFO, where they have closed three transactions worth over $85MM for client companies, raised over $100MM for clients through Venture Capital and Debt, led a financial turnaround from a loss-making entity to cashflow positive, navigated three companies through the COVID economy, and managed Budgeting, Forecasting, FP&A, Board Reporting, Fundraising and Investor management, Financial Audits and Valuation (Cap Table, 409(a)).
Satish Jajodia completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University from 1984 to 1988. Satish then went on to complete their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1990. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1990 to 1992.
