Thota Jyotsna

Thota Jyotsna has over 17 years of work experience. Thota started their career in 2003 as a Team Coordinator at Xchanging. Thota then moved up the ranks to become an Asst. Manager - Operations and a Transition & Transformation Manager at the same company. In 2015, they joined myStartUpCFO as a Process & Project Management Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that all projects were delivered using a best-practice Project Delivery Approach and were delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Thota was also involved in preparing clientele revenue analysis reports and KPI dashboards. Additionally, they were responsible for SOP documents preparation, Flow Charts, and KSD.

Thota Jyotsna has an extensive educational background. Thota obtained their Master's Degree in Finance from Administrative Management College between 1995 and 1997. During that same time period, they also obtained their Cost Accountant certification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, specializing in Financial Accounting. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Vijayanagar College Of Commerce, specializing in Accounting between 1993 and 1995. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: an Adjuster Training Professional Development Program from Cambridge Integrated Services, an Associate Customer Service (ACS) from LOMA Financial Services Education, a Certified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor from NQA & KPMG, and an Insurance Fundamentals: Life, Annuities, and Health from LOMA Financial Services Education.
