Janet Wu

Janet Wu is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in product management and technical program leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Product Platform at Mysten Labs since May 2022, Janet previously held the position of Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Facebook, focusing on the Novi/Diem Blockchain and WhatsApp from April 2020 to May 2022. Prior to Facebook, Janet worked at Google as a Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Program Manager, leading a large engineering team in enhancing the KnowledgeGraph infrastructure. Additional roles include Principal Engineer at Oracle, where Janet directed the flash product roadmap, and Staff Engineer at Sun Microsystems, managing firmware development for SAS2 expanders. Janet's educational background includes a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
