Amy Schleser

Lead Visual Storyteller at Mystery Science

Amy Schleser is a skilled multimedia content creator and science writer with extensive experience in educational and exhibition development. Since March 2015, Amy has served as the Lead Visual Storyteller at Mystery.org, where responsibilities include prototyping K-5 writing curricula, mentoring staff, and leading video editing for science activities in the Mystery Science curriculum. Prior to this role, Amy worked at The Field Museum from September 2011 to February 2015 as an Exhibition Developer, where collaboration with scientists facilitated the translation of research into engaging public exhibitions. Earlier positions include Assistant Exhibition Developer and Exhibition Design Intern, as well as roles as an Apprentice Art Teacher at Round Lake Senior High School and Edison Regional Gifted Center. Amy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an Emphasis in Art Education and a Minor in Art History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, completed in 2011.
