Matthew Glerum

Matthew Glerum has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matthew is currently the President of Catch Co., a position they began in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a business strategy and management consultant at Matthew Glerum & Associates starting in November 2017. From December 2018 to November 2020, they co-founded Full Scale Power, where they focused on exploring solutions for charging battery-powered commercial aircraft.

In their previous roles, Glerum served as the CEO of Zoom Systems, where they led the company's turnaround and facilitated its sale to Swyft, Inc. in 2017. Matthew also held the position of Event Chairperson for the 2015 Global Digital Forum at YPO - Young Presidents' Organization. Glerum has experience in the retail industry, having served as President/CEO of TravelSmith Outfitters, Inc. from 2008 to 2014, and in various roles at Garnet Hill, Inc. from 2004 to 2008.

Prior to their leadership roles, Glerum worked as the Interim Marketing VP & GM at TravelSmith in 2006.
