Kayla Minervini has a diverse work experience in the field of elder services and healthcare. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Fairhaven Healthcare Center until 2016. In 2016, they joined Benchmark Senior Living as a Benchmark Connections Coordinator and later as a Programming Assistant, where they engaged residents in various activities and facilitated their exploration of internet and computer-based programs. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Student Intern at Andover Council on Aging, assisting with event planning and implementing healthcare programs. In 2017, they also began working at Senior Living Residences as an EnrichedLife Assistant, a role they held until 2019. Since 2019, Kayla has been employed at Mystic Valley Elder Services, initially as a Health Services Care Manager and currently as a Health Services Care Manager Mentor. In this role, they plan and coordinates service plans for elderly residents while also providing training and support to new care managers.

Kayla Minervini obtained an Associate's degree in Human Services, General from Northern Essex Community College from the period of 2015 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Merrimack College, completing it between 2018 and 2020.
