Rachel Mondrick, LCSW, has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Rachel started their career as a Patient Safety Attendant at Strong Memorial Hospital, where they provided counseling and emotional support to patients who underwent cardiothoracic surgery and those suffering from mental illnesses. Rachel then worked as a Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo, assisting in collecting and analyzing data for research projects. Rachel also served as an Undergraduate Advising Assistant at the University, where they assisted in advising students and coordinated various events.

During their time at Rogerson House, Rachel worked as a Recreation Worker and later as a Social Work Intern. In these roles, they enhanced the end-of-life experience for residents through engaging activities, provided companionship and support, and facilitated activities of daily living. At Cambridge Health Alliance Outpatient Addictions Service, Rachel served as a Social Work Intern, performing individual psychotherapy for clients with substance use and mental health issues and collaborating with a clinical interdisciplinary team.

Rachel then joined South Bay Mental Health Center as a Staff Therapist, providing intensive home-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and couples. Rachel also collaborated with outside agencies and professionals to coordinate client care and conducted assessments to develop effective treatment plans. Currently, Rachel works as a Health Services Care Manager at Mystic Valley Elder Services.

Throughout their work experience, Rachel has displayed strong interpersonal and counseling skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams and support individuals facing various challenges.

Rachel Mondrick, LCSW completed their education in a chronological order. Rachel first attended Penfield High School from 2003 to 2007, where they attained an Advanced Regents Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at the University at Buffalo and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Sociology, with a duration of study from 2007 to 2011. Lastly, Rachel pursued their Master's degree in Clinical Social Work at Simmons University, completing the program from 2011 to 2013.
