Ilias Mitsou is a growth-focused professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Growth at myTeam since March 2023. Ilias has successfully led cross-functional teams, developed end-to-end growth strategies, and leveraged analytics to enhance acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts. Previous roles include Head of Growth at Billys and Made.Simplr, where significant improvements in customer acquisition costs and lead generation were achieved. Ilias has also contributed as a mentor at GrowthMentor, guiding entrepreneurs and marketers, and held positions in digital marketing analysis and campaign management at companies such as XM and Workable. Ilias holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Erasmus School of Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Economic & Regional Development from Universidad de Granada and Panteion University, respectively.
