Frank Fay

Frank Fay is the current Vice President of Developer Operations at Mythical Games. Prior to joining Mythical Games, Frank Fay served as Production Director at Embark Studios from June 2021 to November 2021.

From April 2014 to May 2021, Frank Fay worked as Senior Development Manager at Riot Games where they were responsible for steering the delivery of critical components and tools that enabled Riot to launch new gaming experiences. During their time at Riot Games, Frank Fay increased the reliability and predictability of products and services delivered by their teams, designed and implemented work systems that improved visibility and accountability, and project managed the delivery of highly engaging out-of-game activities for League of Legends at live events.

Prior to joining Riot Games, Frank Fay served as Sr Producer / Sr Project Management Supervisor at Ubisoft Blue Byte from March 2012 to March 2014. From April 2011 to February 2012, Frank Fay served as Director of Operations at Gameforge.

Frank Fay works with and Mike Dwyer - Global VP, Talent Acquisition. Frank Fay reports to Cassandra Kaiser, Chief People Officer.
