Leah Butler is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent management across various organizations. At Mythical Games, Leah holds the role of Director for both People & Culture and People Ops & Employee Experience. Previously, Leah served as a Global Program Manager for Talent Management and Talent Manager North America at riskmethods. Leah also contributed to learning and development initiatives as a Learning And Development Program Manager at Toast, Inc. Leah's expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion was further demonstrated during a tenure as Senior Program Manager at Intuit. Additionally, Leah has experience in instructional roles at Rush Cycle Franchise. Leah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Human Resources and International Business from the Wisconsin School of Business, complemented by studies at Università Bocconi.
