Justine Merlin

Justine Merlin has a diverse work experience in various companies. Justine started their career at L'Oréal as an Assistant Key Account Manager, where they gained practical knowledge in analyzing promotional efficiency, monitoring performance indicators, and managing merchandising actions. Justine then joined Amazon France as a New Account Manager, responsible for managing new accounts. Afterwards, they worked at Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Digital Sales and Marketing. Currently, they are serving as the HR Manager at Mytraffic, where they manage talent acquisition and other HR responsibilities.

Justine Merlin has a strong educational background in the field of business development and finance. Justine obtained a Mastère Spécialisé in Business Development et Client Grands Comptes from NEOMA Business School in the academic year 2015-2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master 2 (M2) in Management with a specialization in Audit and Control from IÉSEG School of Management, spanning from 2013-2015. Justine also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance, which they earned from Ateneo de Manila University in the academic year 2012-2013. Justine began their higher education journey with a Licence in Economics Finance at Université catholique de Lille from 2010-2012.
