Abhinav John

Abhinav John is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resource management, currently serving as Lead Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at myTrident since November 2024. Prior to this role, Abhinav held the position of Manager HRBP at Bata India Limited from May 2022 to November 2024 and served as Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Reliance Retail from April 2021 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources internship at L&T-NxT and an internship at J.K. Cement Limited. Abhinav holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai. Abhinav's educational background is further complemented by a high school diploma in science from St Gregorios Senior Sec School.
