Danniela Gilliom, PHR has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the field of human resources and office management. Danniela started their career at Marlow and Massoni, CPAs as a Front Desk Assistant and Data Entry specialist from April 2002 to April 2004. Danniela then joined Lindquist, von Husen & Joyce LLP as an Administrative Assistant from December 2003 to December 2007, and later became an Admin Supervisor from December 2007 to September 2012.

In 2012, Gilliom joined MyVest as an Office Manager and HR Specialist, where they remained until June 2016. During their time at MyVest, they worked their way up to Sr. HR Specialist from June 2016 to June 2017, and then to Manager, People and Culture from July 2017 to July 2020. Most recently, they held the position of Director, People & Culture starting in July 2020.

Throughout their career, Gilliom has gained extensive experience in people and culture management, office administration, and human resources. Danniela has demonstrated their ability to handle various responsibilities and has consistently progressed in their roles.

Danniela Gilliom, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. In July 2018, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
