Vijayaragavan Adinarayanan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 2006, they worked as a Project Lead at Impiger Technologies for a year before moving on to become a Technical Architect at Zanec Technologies. At Zanec Technologies, they were involved in building a SOA-based solution and developing a product from scratch using technologies like EJB3, JCE, JAX-WS, and Glassfish App Server.

In 2008, Vijayaragavan joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Technology Specialist. Vijayaragavan later became the Lead Architect - Technology, responsible for leading technology projects, before leaving in 2012.

From 2013 to 2015, Vijayaragavan worked as a Java Developer at Orion Health, gaining experience in Java development.

In 2015, they joined Vodafone as a Senior Software Developer, where they played a key role in decommissioning the mobi site and porting its features to www. Vijayaragavan also led a digital transformation project to build and roll out Identity management based on Microservices backed by OpenAm. Additionally, they worked on a project to rebuild and refactor existing Microservices to support new plans and pricing with configurability.

In 2017, Vijayaragavan joined MediaWorks NZ as a Technical Lead, followed by joining ezyCollect as a Senior Software Engineer in 2018.

Vijayaragavan then joined Mercury NZ in 2019, starting as a Senior Developer on a contract basis before being promoted to Technical Lead in 2020. Later, they became the Principal Software Engineer Lead, responsible for leading the software engineering team until November 2021.

In November 2021, Vijayaragavan joined Spark New Zealand as a Digital Channels Architect, where they worked until April 2022.

Currently, they are working at MyWave.AI as an Engineering Delivery Manager.

Vijayaragavan Adinarayanan completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics at AM Jain College in Chennai, India from 1996 to 1999. Vijayaragavan then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Applications at the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirapalli (formerly known as REC, Trichy) from 2000 to 2003.
