Karla Garcia

Karla Garcia has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2013. Karla began their career at CVS Health as a Pharmacy Technician, where they maintained prescription prioritization, resolved Third Party rejections, and assisted patients with pick-up and drop-off of prescriptions. In 2015, they joined Iredell Health System as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where they compounded individual extemporaneous formulations, intravenous chemotherapy treatments, and bulk medication batches. In 2017, Karla moved to HEALTHSMART PHARMACY LLC as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where they processed and prepared new and refill prescription orders, conducted professional and courteous patient interactions, and resolved insurance claims. In 2019, Karla joined MyWorkChoice as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Internal Recruiter, and Recruiter.
