Abdul Wajed

Abdul Wajed is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing and implementing complex information systems. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager (ICT) at NZ Group since October 2021, key achievements include the successful implementation of a Comprehensive Swing Planning Board and an Order Tracking System, as well as overseeing a significant ERP landscape migration from AWS to Azure, resulting in a cost reduction of approximately 18%. Prior experience at Crystal International involved leading the implementation of a new SAP ERP version and migrating ERP systems to Azure with a 23% cost reduction. Abdul also held senior IT management roles at Northern Tosrifa Group, where multiple ERP and HR systems were successfully implemented, and began a career at Dataware Ltd managing IT infrastructure and information systems. Abdul holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from State University of Bangladesh and a Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from NIIT Pune.
