Pavol Golha

Director, EMEA Sales at N-able

Pavol Golha has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Pavol began their career at Dell in 2003, where they held various roles such as Sales Account Manager, Inside Sales Teamleader, and Inside Sales Manager Austria. At Dell, they were responsible for managing the commercial sales force, overseeing budget planning, and collaborating with key business partners. In 2012, they briefly worked as an Inside Sales Renewals Manager at ServiceSource before joining GFI Software. During their time at GFI Software, Pavol held several positions, including Senior Manager for EMEA Regional & Inside Sales, Director for EMEA Channel Sales, and finally, VP for Global Channel Sales. In these roles, they focused on providing enterprise-quality solutions for network management and security and maintained partnerships with over 10,000 partners in more than 170 countries. Most recently, Pavol joined N-able in 2020 as the Director of EMEA Sales. N-able is a globally recognized MSP and IT partner leader, and Pavol's responsibilities include supporting the growth and scalability of MSP and IT partners through management solutions, backup and recovery, and layered cybersecurity approaches.

Pavol Golha attended the University of Constantine Philosopher from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree in German & Slavic Studies & Interpretation. In 2002 to 2003, they also attended the University of Passau in Germany, focusing on the same field of study.
