Director, CX at N-able

Trey West has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, Trey is the Director of CX at N-able since 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Senior Manager of CX, Senior Manager of Strategic CX Initiatives, and Senior Manager of Partner Success at N-able. Before joining N-able, Trey served as the Chief Strategist at Live Unbreakable in 2020. Trey also worked at Cisco as the Manager of Cloud Collaboration Partner Success - Americas from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Trey worked at Verizon Connect as the Channel Partner Manager from 2016 to 2019. Trey'sextensive tenure at Verizon includes roles such as Assistant District Manager, Business Sales Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Representative. Trey began their career at Impact Athletics as the Head Coach and Private Instructor for the Aquatics and Gymnastics programs from 2006 to 2009.

Trey West attended North Carolina State University from 2003 to 2007, studying Public and Interpersonal Communication. Trey also obtained a KCS v6 Fundamentals Certification from the Consortium for Service Innovation in 2023.
