Dragica Maletić

Dragica Maletić is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education, communication, and talent management. Currently serving as a Talent Assistant at N Family Club since February 2023, Dragica has previously honed communication skills as a Communications Specialist at Toptal from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior roles include Time and Materials Billing Analyst at NCR Corporation and English Teacher at ABC360, where Dragica provided instruction to students of varied backgrounds. Additionally, Dragica worked as an English Translator for the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and as an English teacher at St. Nicholas School. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy from the European Accredited Psychotherapy Training Institute (2018-2023), a Certificate in Language Interpretation and Translation from Multilingua (2015-2016), and advanced degrees in English/Language Arts Teacher Education and English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, Serbia.
