Alina Hozhenko

Alina Hozhenko has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Alina currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Functions Recruitment at N-iX, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at N-iX from 2021 to 2022 and as a Senior Executive Recruiter in 2021.

Before joining N-iX, Alina was the Head of Talent Acquisition at YASNO, an electricity and gas supply company, from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they managed the full cycle of recruitment and adaptation processes for multiple legal entities and spearheaded various HR projects aimed at driving culture change.

Alina also gained experience as a Team Lead and Executive Search Consultant at Alex Polin Executive Search, specializing in industries such as Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, FMCG & Retail, Agricultural Sector, and Professional Services. Their responsibilities included international recruitment of C-level executives, middle-management, and highly-skilled specialists.

In addition, Alina worked as a Permanent Placement Consultant at Adecco from 2015 to 2016 and as an HR Specialist at Fozzy Group from 2014 to 2015.

Alina Hozhenko holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychodiagnostics and Clinical Psychology from the same university, completed from 2009 to 2013. Alina Hozhenko has also obtained several additional certifications, including a Talent Acquisition Certificate Program from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2022, and a Head of Recruitment certification from Mike Pritula Academy in 2020. In 2019, they received certifications in Occupational Personality questionnaire (OPQ) and Occupational Testing from SHL, and in 2020, they obtained an HR BP certification from HR БИЗНЕС-ПАРТНЕР.
