Karol Dubas

Karol Dubas has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Karol currently holds the position of Head of International Recruitment Sub-Unit at N-iX. Prior to this, they worked at Mobica as a Recruitment Team Lead and Interim Recruitment Manager. Karol also served as a Recruitment Consultant at Mobica, where they gained experience in delivering software engineering solutions. Before that, Karol worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at SOLOS Consultants and Syntax Consultancy Ltd. Karol began their career at Capita Travel and Events, where they worked as a Conference Consultant and Business Travel Consultant. Karol's work experience reflects their expertise in recruitment and their ability to adapt to different roles within the field.

Karol Dubas attended State College of Higher Vocational Education in Jaroslaw, Poland from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BSC in Computer Science. Karol then went on to study at Edinburgh Napier University from 2007 to 2009, graduating with a BSC (Hons) in Computing: Digital Media.
