Mariia Zavalska

Mariia Zavalska has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mariia started their career at Nestlé in 2013 as a Junior Payroll Accountant and later progressed to the role of Payroll Accountant and Leading Hire2Retire Specialist. In 2015, they joined SoftServe as a Payroll Specialist and eventually took on the role of Payroll Lead. Mariia then moved on to N-iX in 2017 as a Project Coordinator at CEO Project Office, and over the years, they held positions as Chief of Staff, Head of Compliance, and currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Compliance.

Mariia Zavalska obtained a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs; International Economic Relations from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Project Management from IT CLUSTER ACADEMY, LEAN IT from Lean Institute Ukraine, Six Sigma Yellow Belt from International Six Sigma Institute, Lean Practitioner from Lean Global Network, Goals Expert from Atiim Inc., OKR (Objective and Key Results) or KPI change from EY Academy of Business, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from PwC, and Train The Trainer from Nestlé.
