Yuliya Khavunka

Yuliya Khavunka has a strong background in HR and talent acquisition. Yuliya currently holds the role of Head of HR Business Partnership at N-iX, where they oversee the HR business partner team. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at N-iX, where they focused on full-cycle recruitment and other HR duties. Before joining N-iX, Yuliya worked at Oxford Biolabs as a Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist, where they were responsible for candidate selection, recruitment process optimization, and organizing corporate events. Yuliya also has experience as an IT Research Consultant & Recruiter at New Amsterdam Technology & Business Ventures. Overall, Yuliya has a broad range of experience in HR and talent acquisition roles in various sectors.

Yuliya Khavunka holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Organization Development from UCU Business School (LvBS). Yuliya also has a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Global HR Management in IT from SoftServe.
