Thomas Hultgren

Thomas Hultgren has an extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Thomas is currently working at N.J. Sullivan Co. as the Vice President of Finance since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dynex Technologies, Inc. as a Controller from April 2021 to October 2022. At Dynex Technologies, Inc., they were responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial performance of the company. Thomas also managed the financial reporting for international subsidiaries and branches. Before that, Thomas worked at Danfoss, where they held various roles such as Finance Manager, Regional Manager of Site Controlling (NAM/LAM), and Business Controller from 2010 to 2021. Thomas supported the integration of a newly acquired company in the Danfoss Group and led the ERP implementation to SAP of the Finance module. Additionally, they were responsible for regional business controlling in India and the setup of a global finance and back-office organization in India. Prior to joining Danfoss, Thomas worked at Ernst & Young as an Auditor (Senior) from 2007 to 2010, and at ND Revision (Baker Tilly) in accounting services from 2006 to 2007.

Thomas Hultgren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in 2005, and later obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Economics and Auditing from the same institution in 2008. Thomas also completed the Danfoss Leadership Programme, although the details of this certification are not provided.
