Duc-Duy Nguyen is a research assistant at the University of Galway, specializing in electronic government, data warehousing, and ELT since September 2022. With extensive experience in various research roles, Duc-Duy has been a research assistant at the Data Science Institute of the National University of Ireland, Galway since December 2017, focusing on the Internet of Things, data marketplaces, and distributed computing. Additionally, Duc-Duy is a researcher at the University of Information Technology - Vietnam National University HCMC since June 2015. Previous internships include participation in the Parallel Meaning Bank project at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and a data analytics project at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology in Japan. Duc-Duy holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Cognitive Science from Università di Trento, an Erasmus Postgraduate Exchange Programme in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh, and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Galway.
