Margit Maritz

Margit Maritz is currently Head of Rewards at N26, having previously held senior roles in compensation and benefits at CQS and Credit Suisse. With a background in accounting and finance, Margit has extensive experience in managing financial reporting teams within the executive compensation function, connecting global compensation and finance. Prior to their career in compensation and benefits, Margit worked as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG UK and South Africa. Margit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pretoria and a BCompt Honours & CTA in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa.
