Dan Evans serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at N2Growth Executive Search in Texas. He specializes in evangelizing the N2Growth brand to support the acquisition and development of high-performing leaders for and on behalf of our clients. Prior to joining the executive team, Dan served as Director of Social Business Strategy at USAA. During his tenure he founded the USAA Personal Brand Academy™, an employee advocacy program designed to help employees build their personal brands and authentically showcase their employee experience across social media channels to attract talent. Most recently Dan led a team of enterprise consultants who partnered with lines of business to bridge internal and external digital marketing initiatives through research, strategy development, and the deployment of social media capabilities (I.T.) to create shared value for all stakeholders.

Dan is also a 13 year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps who started his career as an infantry rifleman and rose through the ranks to become the first ever Social Media Marketing Director for the Recruiting Command. Dan frequently traveled throughout the United States training senior military leaders and representatives with multi-billion dollar agency, J.Walter Thompson, on his methodologies empowering Marine Recruiters to become brand ambassadors and amplify the Marine Corps story; enabling the recruitment of Americas next generation of U.S. Marines.

He is renowned for his creative ability to build brand equity through digital marketing including podcasts, live streams, video, social media, and exponentially scaling marketing efforts with brand ambassador programs and influencer strategies.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Dan now resides with his family outside of San Antonio Texas. He is most proud and passionate about his role as a husband and father of three children. There is nothing he loves more than spending quality time with his family.
