Jessica Toth

Jessica Toth has over ten years of experience in recruitment and leadership development. Jessica is currently the Senior Director at N2Growth, a global management consulting firm specializing in leadership development and executive coaching. Jessica has also held management positions at MaineHealth, the largest employer and largest health system in Maine, and at The Smart Group Executive Search, a boutique search firm they founded. In their previous role as Director of Mission Investment at Goodwill Northern New England, Jessica was responsible for leading the organization's investment strategy and initiatives. Jessica began their career as a Lead Recruitment Services Consultant at Harvard University. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of New Hampshire.
