Rebecca Pitsika

Rebecca Pitsika is a seasoned executive currently serving as CEO of We R Holding and Managing Partner at N2Growth, with additional roles as Managing Director of Extra Mile HR and Strategic Foresight Advisor for the Special Secretariat for Strategic Foresight at the Greek Government. Pitsika is a Board Member for Premia Properties and Export Credit Greece S.A., where Rebecca also holds the position of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at Premia Properties. Previously, Pitsika was the CEO of People for Business and Human Resources Manager at Manpower and Newsphone Hellas. Pitsika's career began at Laiki Bank as Head of Training and Development. Pitsika holds degrees from Athens University of Economics and Business and Institut Commercial de Nancy, along with recognition as "Best Young Entrepreneur for Greece" in 2012.
