Kathrin Werlich has extensive experience in HR roles, starting as a Bankkauffrau at Sparkasse Mittelthüringen. Kathrin then moved on to various HR positions at different companies such as Tradejet AG, ersol Solar Energy AG, Bosch Solar Energy AG, and Solarworld Industries Thüringen GmbH. Currently, Kathrin holds the position of Director Human Resources at N3 Engine Overhaul Services GmbH & Co. KG. Kathrin graduated from Fachhochschule Erfurt with a degree in Diplom-Betriebswirtin, specializing in Personalmanagement und Unternehmensführung.
