Lara Ammar

Lara Ammar is the Project Management Office Director at N3XT SPORTS. Lara has also worked with Mozilla, touch Lebanon, Orange Business Services, Solidere, and Leo Burnett Arc.

Lara started their career as an intern at Orange Business Services in September 2009. Lara then did an internship at Solidere in August 2009 where they provided IT support. In July 2009, they interned at Leo Burnett Arc.

In October 2015, Lara started working at Mozilla as part of the Program Management and Quality Assurance departments. Lara was with the company for only a month before moving on to their current role as Project Management Office Director at N3XT SPORTS.

Before joining N3XT SPORTS, Lara worked as the CE Office Program Management Senior Team Leader at touch Lebanon from July 2010 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for supporting touch Chairman-GM and overseeing the organization's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Lara also assessed and implemented programs and digital tools to ensure optimum deliverable and to support company strategic direction.

Lara Ammar has a Masters in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut, and a Computer and Communications Engineering degree from the same school. Lara also has a French and Lebanese Bacc from Collège Protestant Français Beyrouth. Lara is certified in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment from Traliant, in Digital Transformation from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), in Centered Leadership Program – Top 10 Leaders from McKinsey & Company, in Certified Mentor from Mentoring Standard- USA, and in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
