Mauricio Riquelme

Mauricio Riquelme's work experience begins in 2010 as a BI Analyst at Banco Santander, where they were responsible for designing and implementing BI projects. Mauricio also worked as Responsible of Campaign Development and Management, overseeing personalized services and interactions with customers. From 2014 to 2016, Riquelme served as the Chief Executive Officer at Transportes Riquelme. In 2014, they also worked as a BI Professor at Universidad de Concepción, teaching courses on Information Management and CRM. In 2017, Riquelme joined BBVA as Responsible of CRM, focusing on campaign development and management for various customer segments. Since 2017, they have been working at N5 Now, initially as an AI Director and currently as the Product & BI Director.
