Cynthia Moreno Tuohy

Cynthia Moreno Tuohy has extensive experience in the field of addiction professionals, serving as an Executive Consultant at NAADAC since 2004. Prior to this, Cynthia held roles such as Project Director and Executive Director at Central East Addiction Technicology Transfer Center/Danya Institute. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Certificate in Alcohol Studies from Eastern Washington University, as well as degrees in Social Work, Sociology, and Alcohol/Drug Studies from Washington State University.
