In 2016, they started their career at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they held various roles, including Inventory Management Associate, Inventory Management Analyst, and Merchandise Planner-Business & Financial Analyst. At Abercrombie & Fitch Co., they demonstrated skills in sales and inventory planning, analyzing market trends, and managing cross-departmental coordination. Francesca then joined Signet Jewelers in 2021 as a Senior Merchandise Planner, where they became a change agent and participated in a high-potential employee group. In 2018, they also began working in Real Estate Management at Cave & Creek LLC, Kaiser Rental Management, and Veluscek & Heban Properties. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Manager of Merchandise Planning & Allocation at NAADAM.
