Omari Jahi Aarons, MDiv has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer at NAAIA (National African American Insurance Association), where they focus on association effectiveness and missional advancement. Prior to this, they worked as the National Program Director and Executive Director Interim at NAAIA, where they led national operations and executive functions in marketing, programming, and leadership development.

In addition to their work at NAAIA, Omari is involved with the African Methodist Episcopal Church, where they serve as an Itinerant Deacon in the New England Annual Conference. Omari Jahi is also a Managing Partner at Aarons Group LLC, where they consult with organizations on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and engages in public speaking as the Chief Imagination Officer of Omari Speaks.

Furthermore, Omari has worked as a Senior Consultant in Talent Management at The KhafreWard Corporation, focusing on organizational transformation, change management, and executive coaching. Omari Jahi is also a Certified Speaker at Black Executive Men and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Justice Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts.
