Saramsha Dotel has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2019, Saramsha worked as a Software Engineering Intern at LIS Nepal Pvt. Ltd., where they gained practical experience in software development. They further honed their skills as a Software Engineering Intern at Sireto Technology, where they focused on incorporating best practices of software development in a university project and implemented containerization and CI/CD techniques in ML applications using tools like Docker.
In the same year, Saramsha joined Fusemachines as a Machine Learning Engineer. Here, they worked on the development of machine learning-powered software systems for clients worldwide. They utilized various techniques such as time series forecasting and natural language processing to address client needs. They also served as an AI Content Creator, designing syllabus and content for Advanced Mathematics and Deep Learning courses as part of Fusemachines' e-learning initiative.
In 2020, Saramsha co-founded Naamche, a product lab specializing in AI-powered web and mobile software solutions. As the CTO, they lead the technology team, responsible for setting the technical vision, delivering quality software, and hiring new engineers. Currently, Saramsha is overseeing the design and development of a suite of products for a fast-growing startup in the US that focuses on democratizing real estate investments.
Saramsha Dotel completed their Bachelor's in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering from Tribhuvan University, IOE, Pulchowk Campus. Saramsha studied at the university from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended St. Xavier's College, Maitighar from 2013 to 2015, where they completed their +2 Science degree, equivalent to High School. In addition to their formal education, Saramsha obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they completed the CSMM.101x: Artificial Intelligence (AI) course from edX. In December 2019, they obtained the CSMM.102x Machine Learning certificate, also from edX. Furthermore, Saramsha pursued their interest in Natural Language Processing by obtaining the Natural Language Processing Nanodegree from Udacity in May 2020.
