Michelle Duke

Michelle Duke, CCDP, has extensive experience in leadership roles within the broadcast and newspaper industry, including serving as President of NAB Leadership Foundation and Chief Diversity Officer at the National Association of Broadcasters. Throughout their career, Michelle has been instrumental in driving diversity initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing personnel to achieve organizational goals. Michelle holds a BS in Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University.
