Director Of Education And Development at Nabholz

Chris Kotter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris started their career in 2009 as a Challenge Course Facilitator and Guide at Adventure Experiences, Inc, where they also managed facility construction projects. From 2010 to 2010, they worked as a Teacher at the United Nations Development Program. In 2011, they joined Nabholz Corporation as a Project Engineer, responsible for safety, quality, scheduling, and other project-related tasks. Chris then became a Project Manager in 2014, leading project teams and ensuring project success. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Education and Development at Nabholz Corporation, where they led curriculum creation and implementation of leadership development programs. At the same time, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at NWACC, teaching Methods of Construction in the Construction Technology degree program.

Chris Kotter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from John Brown University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Chris later obtained additional certifications including Craft Instructor from NCCER in October 2016, and OSHA 30 Hour from OSHA in April 2015.
