Software Engineer at Nabla

Achraf Amil has worked in the software engineering field since 2015. Achraf began their career as the President of the Ensak Informatics Club, where they hosted 53 workshops, 1 outdoor visit, 1 hackathon, 2 conferences, and the first edition of "Journée Nationale du Développement Logiciel". Achraf also founded the Google Developer Group (GDG) Rabat community in 2016.

In 2016, Achraf was a Lead Programmer for Sutures (RARZ), where they worked on a Surgery Gamification tablet app. Achraf also worked as an Android Developer for AIRMOTE, helping to build an app for a smart keychain connected to the phone through BLE.

In 2017, Achraf worked on R&D about Pairwise Testing for KEREVAL. Achraf then worked as a Software Engineer (intern) for Orange Business Services in 2018, where they automated acceptance and regression UI tests for native android and iOS apps.

Most recently, Achraf has been a Software Engineer for Nabla since 2020. Achraf has also worked as an Android Software Engineer for FABERNOVEL since 2018, where they have practiced code review, effort estimation, pair-programming, feedbacks, internal talks, and contributed to the public Stateful-Layout library.

Achraf Amil began their educational career in 2011, when they obtained their Baccalauréat in sciences mathématiques -B- from Lycée Houmane el-fetouaki. From 2013 to 2018, they attended Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées (ENSA) de Kénitra, where they studied Génie Informatique. In 2017, they began their Master 2 (M2) in Qualité et Sûreté de Fonctionnement des Systèmes Informatiques at Polytech Angers - Engineering school of the University of Angers. In 2018, they obtained an Associate Android Developer certification from Google, and in 2017, they obtained a TOEIC score of 915 from the TOEIC® Program.
